Honey Nut Bread

¾ cup honey
1 egg
1 cup milk
3 cups flour (preferably organic)
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup mixed nuts chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Put into greased and floured loaf pan. Let stand for about an hour. Bake in slow oven (180°C /350°F /gas mark 4) for about 40 minutes to one hour. Test by sticking toothpick into middle of loaf and if it comes out clean, the loaf is ready.
